Make Music Day

Make Music Day is an annual city-wide celebration that takes place on the summer solstice, June 21st. Anyone and everyone is invited to either join or play music that day. This music festival first began in 1982 in France and is now held on the same day in more than 700 cities in 120 countries in the world. 

Make Music Day St. Louis is an all-inclusive celebration of music and we encourage you to register to participate or volunteer.


The National Blues Museum is calling all blues artist that would like to perform to please register on the Make Music Day website under the National Blues Museum.

We will also host a harmonica session for anyone that wants to come down here and play with Jim McClaren from 1:00-3:00.
